Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished and never given antibiotics or hormones. All the cattle are humanely raised and live their entire life on pasture. Cattle eat their natural diet of grass, and may receive other grasses like silage and hay when weather conditions prevent grazing. We exclusively and humanely raise our herd and don't interfere with their natural diet.  That means their meat:

• is lower in both total and saturated fats.
• contains higher levels of certain omega-3 fatty acids and important nutrients, like B vitamins, zinc and iron.
